In co-operation with the Chair of British Cultural Studies of TU Dresden, we have invited Prof. Dr. Klaus Stolz, Professor of British Studies at TU Chemnitz, to give a lecture on the topic of “The UK After The Election” on Tuesday, June 15th, 2010, 8 pm, at Herbert-Wehner-Bildungswerk.
Welcome to the website of Deutsch-Britische Gesellschaft Dresden e.V. – The Dresden Anglo-German Association.
We are a non-profit, registered association of people from all kinds of social and professional backgrounds from the German city of Dresden, Saxony, who are interested and actively involved in social and cultural exchange and dialogue with the United Kingdom.
It’s time again for the British people to “throw the rascals out”. The 2010 UK General Election on May 6th already promises to be a tight match with a high potential for unprecedented surprises.
Those of you who wish to follow the final race as it happens are invited to join us for an
